However if you are unhappy with our practice we would also like to hear from you. We are happy for you to raise your concern with any member of our team but if you feel that this has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may if you wish raise a formal complaint. The practice are now live with offering online advice and we will be looking into video consultations in the future.
